Welcome to ThinkFinance School (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website www.thinkfinanceschool.com or enrolling in our CFA coaching programs, you agree to comply with the policies stated below.

1. Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • You must meet the CFA Institute’s eligibility criteria for the respective exam level.

Course Registration & Fees

  • Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment as per our payment policy.

  • All course fees are non-refundable except as per the Refund Policy below.

  • Fees are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed enrolments will not be affected.

Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, card, or other approved methods.

  • EMI/instalment options are available only where explicitly mentioned.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of classes until dues are cleared.

Intellectual Property

  • All study materials, videos, and mock tests are for personal use only.

  • You may not copy, share, or distribute content without written permission. If any student is found guilty of this, we reserve rights to legal sue and take action against them.

Class Attendance & Conduct

  • Regular attendance is recommended.

  • Misconduct or harassment towards staff or students may result in termination without refund.

Online Classes

  • You must ensure stable internet and device compatibility.

  • We are not responsible for technical disruptions beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee exam success — results depend on individual effort.

We are not responsible for CFA Institute exam changes or cancellations.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All course fees are non-refundable once payment is made.

  • In cases of duplicate payment or incorrect billing, a refund may be processed after verification.

  • No refunds are given once a student enrols.

  • If we cancel or postpone a batch, you may opt for a full refund or transfer to another batch at no extra cost.

  • No refunds are issued for technical issues from the student’s end.

  • We are not responsible for CFA Institute exam policy changes.

3. Privacy Policy

  • Payment Information: Processed securely via payment gateways.
